Most of my work begins with writing. Writing Down the Bones by Natalie Goldberg and Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way are big influences on my writing practice.

Much of my work is inspired by physical theatre training and is influenced by many traditional sources as well as those embraced by Meredith Monk's House Company, and the Viewpoints of Mary Overlie, Anne Bogart and the Siti Company.
